My name is Danielle Julius. I reside in Bridgeport, CT. While creating my
art “Hope is not Cancelled”, I thought about how the Covid 19 pandemic
caused parts of our daily lives to be at a standstill. People all over the
world had to adjust to major social changes from life as we knew it. However
when walking outside, the grass was still beginning to grow, the trees were
still beginning to bloom, the outside nature on Earth was still thriving.
This was in parallel to what humans were experiencing. But at the same time
we were adapting to live as we knew it for the time being. As long as we had
hope we had everything.
